• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Blue Ridge, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.). • If any problems arise, message us through the app and we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances. • Being in the mountains and a rural area, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug, raccoon, bear). Secure the outdoor trash can locks each time. We have routine pest control to help with common insects, but will not offer refunds for sightings inside or outside the cabin. • Use of firepit and hot tub are at your OWN RISK and you must follow all house rules listed. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • The outdoor shed on the property is not accessible. • There are exterior cameras recorded 24/7 that face the porch and driveway for our safety and yours.

Honestly the photos don’t do justice for this beautiful property. It felt like they thought of everything from the fully stocked kitchen, towels ready for the hot tub, the sound machine in each bedroom to the games for everyone. We loved our stay in the Azalea A Frame and loved Blue Ridge. We will be back!

If you’re looking for a place to relax away from downtown, this is your place! We went up to N. GA to see the Waterfalls, wow they did not disappoint. We did 4 more hikes to Waterfalls and went to the Toccoa River Swinging Bridge. Cabin is in between 2 very close amazing towns enjoyed walking around both of them. Then you have the creek, fire pit, hot tub and game room to enjoy when you’re back. My daughter loved the loft area that was all her space. We even ended up staying all day at the cabin just to enjoy the serenity!

Beautiful cabin with a breathtaking view! Rooms were pretty and comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped and everything was kept nice and clean! Ashley was very attentionate and responsive and made sure that all went well with our stay. We really enjoyed and totally recommend.

My family and I had such a great time here! Kids loved the game room, hammocks and s’mores. Hot tub was a hit also! Such a cute and clean place. Seen deer a few times in the back yard which was fun!

I stayed at Ashley's cabin for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends. This cabin was the perfect place for all of us to enjoy - the porch is beautiful for relaxing in the AM, hot tub for the evening, comfortable beds and couch to lounge on. Great distance from Blue Ridge for exploring during the day. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

Ashley’s cabin was perfect for our group of 10 people. Very nice backyard and fire pit, and many things to do in the game room of the cabin, and the hot tub was very nice too! Plenty of towels, plates, and cups which is nice. I would recommend Ashley’s cabin for a comfortable stay. She communicates very well and very fast!

We loved our stay at Ashley’s cabin. The ambiance and uniqueness of the place stands out. It was better than in the pictures. The game room was a huge bonus especially for us a family with three kids, they had a wonderful time playing there. Ashley was amazing and always proactive. Thank you for letting us stay here!
