• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Blue Ridge, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.). • If any problems arise, message us through the app and we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances. • Being in the mountains and a rural area, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug, raccoon, bear). Secure the outdoor trash can locks each time. We have routine pest control to help with common insects, but will not offer refunds for sightings inside or outside the cabin. • Use of firepit and hot tub are at your OWN RISK and you must follow all house rules listed. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • The outdoor shed on the property is not accessible. • There are exterior cameras recorded 24/7 that face the porch and driveway for our safety and yours.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was very spacious for our family of 8. Our kids especially loved the loft. The game room kept our kids occupied. Older kids loved the hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and even had spices and baby items. We made smores and kids loved the little creek. We had a little hiccup with the thermostat but Ashley was very quick to respond and it was resolved. Downtown was a short drive away. We would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Azalea A Frame. The space is beautiful and peaceful. The kids stayed busy the entire trip. The game room and the creek side fire pit were big hits with our family. All of the beds were comfortable, and the house was pristine with all the amenities we were looking for. Ashley was proactive and quickly responded when we had a question. The local area has great dining, and lots to do. I highly recommend this cabin, and can’t wait to visit again!

Ashley's cabin is just beautiful. we had a fantastic time at this cabin. My kids loved the loft beds and game room . There is a small creek going behind the cabin and my kids loved playing around there. the cabin is mentioned nicely and it's closed to blue ridge downtown too so it's easily accessible.

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed and more. We stayed with our 5 children for a weekend getaway and there was plenty to keep them entertained between the game room, hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and playing near the stream. We also enjoyed mining crystals at Huck’s Lost Mine nearby. Ashley was friendly and a responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

We went to Blue Ridge for a girl’s trip. Which happened to land on the weekend of the snowstorm in Georgia. Our host Ashley offered us early check in to ensure that we safely made it up, as well as late check out to ensure we could get out of the snow. We felt that she cared about our safety and driving conditions. We had the most incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, I felt like I was treated as a valued guest. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and every little detail was carefully thought out—from the cozy throw blankets to the game room in the garage. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out. It felt like a luxurious retreat yet was welcoming and homey at the same time. I can’t recommend this place enough

Ashley was an outstanding host! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed and easy to follow instructions for accessing the cabin. Everything exceeded our expectations—it looked exactly like the pictures, and the kids had an absolute blast in the game room and hot tub. The cabin was perfectly suited for all ages. We would unquestionably rebook for another getaway!

The A Frame was perfect for our trip! Enjoyed the hot tub, game room, fire pit area and cooking most meals in the large kitchen!! Even supplied a high chair and Pack n play for the small children! King size beds were great!

This cabin and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the deck in the rocking chair overlooking nature was the peace and serenity that I was looking for. Ashley is a very responsive and accommodating host. Pictures did not do this cabin justice! I would most definitely book again.

Had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s cabin. Beautiful surroundings. Very tranquil. Tons to do inside and out. All needs were met. This was exactly what we were looking for in a North GA airbnb. We just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Hope to be back soon.
