• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as our previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Senoia, copy of photo ID in app if no ratings, etc.). • If any problems arise, alert us right away via Airbnb messager and we will do our best to take action. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Being in the south + wooded lot, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have routine pest control to help with common insects, but will not offer refunds for sightings inside or outside the house. Please take a picture so we can send to the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, laundry pods and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • There are external cameras that faces the doors and driveway for our safety and yours. • The house is on a septic tank with sensitive plumbing so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. The Chestle House is located on a quiet road surrounded by trees. We are close to Historic downtown Senoia and a quick drive to Peachtree City, Sharpsburg, Newnan, Fayetteville and Brooks. Film enthusiasts head to Raleigh Studios (home of The Walking Dead) on the same road or enjoy a short drive to Historic Main Street (where all the action is!). Starr’s Mill waterfall (great photo-op), Senoia Raceway (for the thrill-seekers), or Peachtree City (golf carts galore) is a short drive away. Named one of WorldAtlas’ Most Quaint Small Towns in Georgia, they describe our town well: “Today, Senoia perfectly balances a leisurely, slow-paced, small-town feel with modern amenities, making it a famous filming location for popular TV shows like The Walking Dead and several others. Those who want to learn more about Senoia's roots can check out the Senoia Area Historical Society History Museum, located close to downtown and offering self-guided property tours.” Note: We are in the suburbs of Atlanta. If you are coming to enjoy Atlanta attractions, please research the time and distance PRIOR TO BOOKING with us. For many, Senoia is the perfect destination... far enough away from the hustle/bustle of the city with a rich history and vibrant community, but a very doable drive north to check out all that the big city has to offer.

Stay for the weekend. Ashely had some suggestions of places to go unfortunately we weren’t able to make it to any. But it’s a lot of places close by. House was very clean and comfortable especially the beds. We enjoyed our stay

Ashley accepted our booking at the last minute when another Airbnb canceled on us leaving us stranded. She went above and beyond to get the house ready for us that very same day. Once we got to the house, check in was a breeze thanks to Ashley’s instructions and everything was exactly as advertised. The house is on its own lot with a lot of privacy, and it is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Senoia. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking with Ashley!

Ashley is easy to work with and an excellent communicator. The house is in a quiet area outside of Senoia and served our needs well -- as described, clean, and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again when in the area.

Ashely was the perfect host, she communicated effectively with me. My family and I were traveling due to death in our family. It’s a private and quiet area. Didn’t hear highway traffic or everyday city noise. She has modern appliances and big enough space to accommodate a large family. I love that all the bedrooms had king sized beds. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. If I visit Georgia again, I will definitely book with Ashley! 🫶🏾

It was perfect for my son’s 22nd birthday to tour The Walking Dead filming locations. I got to spend time with my 2 adult children and their SO in a place that felt like home. She had games that we played in the living room. We had breakfast around the kitchen table. It was a wonderful vacation and a lot of it was because of where we stayed!

The house was beautiful, clean, and seems to be well kept. I would definitely rent from Ashley again. We were coming in from out of town and she allowed us to park at the home before check in. so the host was very accommodating.

Ashley's place was in the perfect location for us! quiet and peaceful, yet a very short drive to town. It was the perfect place to meet my parents who live in FL halfway for our Christmas get together! The house was clean and fit the 6 of us perfectly.

Great place. Very comfortable and quiet. Close to some great restaurants and lots of delivery options. Ashley responded very quickly to any questions that we had. It was a real pleasure staying there. I highly recommend it.

this house was a perfect location for The Walking Dead fans. It is right across the street from Crook Road where a lot of scenes from the show were filmed. The studio is also right down the road. I enjoyed my stay at this house and touring one of my favorite cities in Georgia.

We loved our stay in Ashley's listing, we drove from 12 hours away and this house did not disappoint. it was peaceful and homey. It looked just like the photos and was very clean. We would definitely stay again!
