Other Details to Note
• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to PTC, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.). • Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps at entrances. • Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible. • Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable. • There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. • If you are interested in renting a golf cart to explore Peachtree City and "life at 15 mph", 3 Guys delivers to our address for a small fee. There are other vendors with a quick internet search.

Peachtree City is a master planned community with over 100 miles of golf cart paths where shopping, restaurants, recreation, and green spaces are accessible. We are often recognized as a top place to live and one of the safest cities in the US. City amenities include playgrounds, pickleball/tennis, volleyball, basketball, lakes, and the path, which is great for biking, running, and walking. There are multiple golf courses located in the city as well. We are in the suburbs of Atlanta. If you are coming to enjoy Atlanta attractions, please research the time and distance PRIOR TO BOOKING with us. For many, Peachtree City is the perfect destination... far enough away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but a very doable drive north to check out all that Atlanta has to offer.

We have parking in the single driveway and you can also park in the grass to the right of it. The best way to get around Peachtree City is via the golf cart path! The path is about a block away and it's roughly a 4 mile loop around beautiful Lake Peachtree from the property.
